Heart My Heart is an online community for your heart and soul. Heart disease is the #1 killer of women in the United States and to a large extent, it is preventable. Heart My Heart helps women take action to protect their hearts before heart disease strikes by helping them find heart health screenings and connect to the people and resources to they need address their risk factors.
Use Heart My Heart as a place to share stories, ideas, experiences, and support each other as you strive to live well. We hope that this community will bring you the inspiration and support you need to live healthy, heart disease-free lives!

About the Sister to Sister Foundation
The Sister to Sister Foundation is a national 501(c)(3), founded in
2000 by Irene Pollin to prevent heart disease among women. Its mission
is to help women take action to protect their hearts before heart
disease strikes by offering heart health screenings, help women create
personalized plans for treating their heart disease risk factors, and
connect women to the people and resources to help them address their
risk factors.
Sister to Sister has impacted the lives of
thousands of women by providing life-saving screenings and educational
resources. To date, we have screened more than 50,000 women for heart
disease risk factors.
