The Heart My Heart social network was created by the Sister to Sister foundation. Your use of this social network (the “Service”) is subject to the following terms of use agreement. By posting or submitting content to this service, you also warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content of the public posting, and that use of your content by Sister to Sister will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. 8. Choice of Law and Forum. These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, excluding its conflict of law rules. You and Sister to Sister expressly agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the District of Columbia in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this service.
9. Severability and Integration. These terms and conditions govern your use of the service. Sister to Sister reserves the right to make changes to the service and to these conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
