&lt;p&gt;For just a minute or so, I invite you to read that poem again and then actually pause, breathe, wait and &lt;em&gt;listen to your own heart&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
