Your ideas about what helps when you are stressed 

Thanks for some great suggestions. Your ideas are always welcome. I’ll write more on this topic in the future.

In my first blog, I asked the question, “What helps you to feel better when you are really stressed?”

We got some great suggestions. 

Plus, fabulous photos in your profiles – a childhood Halloween super-heroine, mom with two adorable kids, and a pair of heart-melting doggie eyes staring out at us. 

Erika:  I love to read, too.  If that makes us dorky, at least we’ve got lots of company out there!

Egolan:  How wonderful that you’ve got your group of moms to hang out with after the kids are asleep twice a month.   Friends can be such an amazing source of support and fun.  What would we do without them? 

Imt72:  Walking the dogs – good exercise for everyone involved.  No wonder pet therapy is so popular. Listening to soothing music is another great source of stress reduction.  Fast music to pump you up, soothing music to calm you down.

We’ll be revisiting this issue down the road.  Meanwhile, your stress reduction ideas are always welcome.  Let's inspire each other!
